We first made this aioli to pair with our Tandoori Chicken Sandwiches, but it literally goes with everything - from fresh veggies to burgers to chips to roasted potatoes, this is the dip we always have on hand. The warm spices in our Garam Masala are rounded out with creamy mayo, punchy garlic and bright lemon. It is as versatile as it is addicting, so we usually double or triple this recipe!
You'll Need:
1/2 c. mayo (Duke's is our favorite, but any brand will work!)
2 garlic cloves, chopped or smashed into a paste
3/4 tsp. Down the Road Spice Co. Garam Masala
1/4 tsp. kosher salt
1/2 tbsp. fresh squeezed lemon juice
Preparation:
Whisk all the ingredients together until combined and enjoy!
