Lassi is a traditional drink, common in North India, made with a base of yogurt and water and served either savory (with salt, black pepper and spices to taste) or sweet. Our take on a sweet lassi is amped up with a sprinkle of Chai Masala, giving it a hint of warm spice that complements the sweet and tart drink.
You'll Need:
1/2 c. Greek yogurt
1 c. water
2 tsp. sugar, or to taste
1/2 tsp. Down the Road Spice Co. Chai Masala
Preparation:
Add all ingredients to a blender and blend until well-combined and the sugar is dissolved. Serve straight or over ice and enjoy!
