Tomato and Cucumber Salad Skewers with Kitchen Queen Masala

Tomato and Cucumber Salad Skewers with Kitchen Queen Masala

These tomato and cucumber skewers are super simple to make, look elegant and have a nice, bright punch from the Kitchen Queen Masala and fresh lime. The skewers here are completely optional as well - this salad is equally presentable and enjoyable served in a bowl! This recipe is flexible, based on the quantity you're making. Please reach out if you have any questions!

Ingredients:

Cherry tomatoes (the quantity depends on how many servings you'd like to make)

English cucumbers, sliced into 3/4 inch rounds, with each round sliced again in half

Down the Road Spice Co. Kitchen Queen Masala

Lime juice, freshly squeezed

Preparation:

  1. Combine the tomatoes and cucumbers into a large bowl. The ratio is flexible - we did two tomatoes to every one piece of cucumber but any ratio works!
  2. Make the dressing - the dressing ratio is 2:1, fresh lime juice to Kitchen Queen Masala. Depending on your quantity of salad, make the dressing accordingly and toss.
  3. Serve and enjoy!
